Training 10 Weeks to 10K Sponsors: The first general meeting will consist of introductions, overview, pre-survey, training strategies, training log information, and overall registration. Patrticipants will be registering for the 10 weeks of seminars/workshops After the initial meeting. All Seminar and workshop sessions begin at 6:00 p.m.
